Has Anyone Heard Of Or Used The "sacred Heart Diet"?

To help them shed some weight before surgery?

If so, did it work? How much did you lose?

This is almost identical to the cabbage soup diet. I did that once and had such severe diarrhea that I had to quit on the third day. I suppose it could be effective, but I'll never try it again.

That doesn't sound fun...

This diet looks like utter garbage. Pure snake oil. How long could you possibly eat like this for? Just follow the diet your surgeon and NUT gave you. Why would you want to do anything other than what they recommend?
