I have never shared a pic on here, so here goes, im embarrassed , little over 3 months out, 1pic was takin on my 3 month post op date, 2 Nd pic 2 weeks out, I'm 58 lbs down from surgery date and 68 down from my 1st dr apt.

A little confused. So in 3 months you lost 68 lbs? If so, please tell me exactly how you accomplished that, because it's amazing!!!!! I am on my 10 day countdown to surgery. Question: I don't see any scars from the incisions. The pics are a little dark. How do they look? Was very curious about that as well. :).

I was sleeved October 9 th, the 10 days post op diet I lost 10 lbs then from October 9 - that pic I lost 58 , a total of 68, then as of this morning iv lost another 3 since posting that pic a few days ago. I just stay in the go, I randomly dance for 5 min with my littles, we run up and down the steeps and play, ill drop and do 15 push up just bc I can, I try to never stop moving unless I'm crafting and even then I am doing something even if it's holding in my core. My tinny scares are about gone, but my big one looks like crap, it's lumpy and red, but I scare really badly.

2+ years (26 months) post op here. Got to my lowest weight this past summer, but now starting to put some back on. I know some is muscle since I've been working out a lot, but I'm thinking not all of the weight gain is lean mass....which worries me a little. So I'm going to have to pay a little more attention to my cal intake and be careful. I'm up to around 235 now and I need to get back to mid-upper 220's and learn to maintain there.

#1 is before....around 320

#2 is after majority of weight loss (220's)

#3 is current (235)

Damn!!!! Your smoking!! Good job!!

Damn!!!! Your smokin!! Good job!

Thanks! That's quite a stretch, but I'm pretty sure I'm a lot less fat than I used to be.

No way man it's true! Awesome work!!! I hope I'm as successful

Great job! And I really like how you incorporated your stats into your collage. I'll be "borrowing" that idea when it's time to post my pics.
