Yes I hit a long stall at 3 weeks when my nut had me transition I had a 3 1/2 week long stall... it was very frustrating, but once it was done I lost 10 pounds in a week.. so it kind of made up for it. Just because the numbers aren't moving you are still losing inches. I haven't had a stall since and am thankful, but know I am due for one soon.

3 months and 85 lb's, I AM ENVIOUS, sort of, you look terrific. I am 60 lb's down so I am very happy too.

Thx:)! I did hit a plateau at 2-3 weeks and I found I was consuming way too much either food or water or carbs. So I kept it 500 cal or less and drink when thirsty. Then i started dropping again. Too much drinking made me retain, keeping it les than 50 carbs a day. And that seem to be the trick. Good luck!

I just stick to two protein shakes and a protein bar for the day. When i do get hungry i eat chicken in whatever way i cook it. Premier protein shake and bar. I can't eat much of anything. And I drink crystal light or apple juice (no added sugar even though it has sugar) if i am thirsty or water if I work out.

WOW WOW WOW!!!!!! VERY INSPIRING!!!! I soooo want a picture like that standing in one leg of my old pants!!!

LOL!! I saved a pair of pants for the purpose exactly!!!! Can't wait!
