I had my sleeve in June, 2012 and I haven’t had any. On my day of surgery I was 230 pounds and I lost 100 pounds a year later and I do have to said that last year I gained about 40 pounds, however I went back and addressed my eating habits and I am back to 125 now.

I went to Mexico also and my Dr is Dr Victor Gutierrez. I went back to normal activities 8 weeks later. Good luck with your surgery. You will be very happy with your new you right after surgery.

I used to say the same thing until I had my first surgery there and I was very pleased. I am very happy with my results.

What kind of weight lost did you do? Did you stick to a very strict diet and lots of exercise plus cosmetic surgery? You look amazing!!!! I'm sure you heard it 1million times! I just had my surgery in April and am down from 240 to 216 and it sometimes feel like I am not loosing as much or as fast as I should idk?You are on the right track. Just follow the plan and you will see the results. I would say that for the first 6 months it is honeymoon time, if you stick to the plan you will lose the majority of your weight.
