Yes, I started working out 2 months out. The key to success is to make the right food choices. I have a friend that was sleeve 3 years ago and she has put back 75 pounds because of the food she choose to eat.

Same here, I had surgery on June 6 and I am in a 4 weeks stall. I am happy with my weight lost, but I can't wait to lose my last 20 pounds.
