    Did you work out? I started at abt ur size and now I'm abt a size 14. I'm really soft though. I've lost 44lbs so far. Im happy with that but i hate being so soft and giggly. I'm only 16wks post op. You look great.

    Yes, I started working out 2 months out. The key to success is to make the right food choices.

    I have a friend that was sleeve 3 years ago and she has put back 75 pounds because of the food she choose to eat.
