  4. How is the liquid diet going for you? Are you seeing a greater loss? I' ve been increasing working out also. In terms of diet, I noticed that simple carbs from juice and candy were creeping back into my diet. I've eliminated that and I saw an increase in the losses. The liquid once a week sounds like a great idea also. You look great by the way!!!
  5. That is awesome! You lost half of your HW! You must feel amazing!
  6. I'm sure nutrition facts for them fresh can be found online.
  7. Nutrition facts are on the package from Trader Joes. 1/3 of the bag is only like 150 calories or something. I usually eat about 1/6 every time I snack on them.
  8. It's amazing how much weight ages you. Everyone looks ten years younger in their current photos. I'm very proud of everyone and motivated by all of you!
  9. Just bought the frozen from Trader Joes today! I've become obsessed with edamame and beets since surgery.
  10. You look ahhhhmazing!!! Congratulations!
  11. I'm in! Starting spin class tomorrow. I usually log about forty miles a month, so this will certainly be a challenge!
  12. I'm six months post op. My routine includes 45 mins of cardio on the tredmill at a very steep incline at about 3.6 mph. Sometimes i use the elliptical at level 14 (lifetouch machine). Then directly following I do circuit strength training. I do this about 3-4 times a week. Tues I will be starting a spin class!!! Really excited for this
  13. You look great! Keep up the great work!
  14. I can definitely eat more now, but nowhere near a normal portion size. Its definitely a source of concern for me also. I just really try to stay away from rice, pasta, and breads. If I eat dinner and Im still hungry, I fill up on veggies. I guess it's about making the right choices...which can be difficult to do.
