  1. What really helps me to eat slowly is eating with a baby food spoon. My NUT suggested it.... and it really works to pace yourself. She also said that each bite of food should be the size of a pencil eraser! Really helps though.
  2. You could also do mashed or boiled potato. Season with herbs, garlic, etc. I also tried low salt lean deli meat.... chopped really finely and ate with eggs.
  3. My nutritionist also said i can cook chicken and then puree it or make chicken salad with lowfat mayo.
  4. I don't puree my eggs. I add feta and they are sorry enough. Today i broiled talapia and sauteed kale, spinach, peppers, onions and lemon juice and white cooking wine. I put the veggies in the ninja and put them atop the fish....it was so yummy. Eat very small bites.....
  5. Best of luck to you!!!!
  6. I ate one egg with one tsp of feta cheese. Took me about twenty mins. I felt full but not uncomfortable. As my Nut suggests, I ate with a baby spoon and that really helped to pace me. Hope you get an egg tomorrow!
  7. Just had my first scrambled egg after two weeks on full liquid....boy did it taste good!
  8. Divanurse, God is good! So glad that you came out of this with a new lease on life. You are inspirational!

  10. Breafast for me: shake using my ninja. Quarter cup frozen fruit, unjury protein quarter cup skim milk, 100calorie greek yogurt. Yummy! Sometimes i do skim milk, choc unjury, and pb2. Also yummy!

  12. Yes! I never been so anxious for tuna salad or scrambled eggs!
  13. Looks like a Lil grenade. Its a drain that's placed during surgery to drain the surgical site. For me it was removed on day of discharge.
  14. I had severe Gerd going in. Im still on full liquids, but no reflux. I had tomato bisque and no reflux. That always used to flare my reflux. Im on pepcid Rx strength. I hope it doesn't flare when i get on full solids.
