I don't really eat at all :/ I will take 2 or 3 bites a couple times a day but I have starbuck hazelnut machiatto nonfat everyday for 300 calories and I eat probably 50 pistachios a day but I eat whatever I want but just a couple bites. I exercise constantly, daily, and have a personal trainer 2-3x a week for toning to prevent skin sagging.

Thanks you SO much for all the kind comments. What a way to start a Wed and read all that! Big smiles!

Also' date=' not to self-promote too much, but I have a YouTube channel documenting my journey (haven't recorded in a long time)... EricaVSGJourney. I always found other people's stories helpful. :-)

Much love to everyone...[/quote']

Erica, WOW, you are gorgeous girl!!! What an inspiration! I have seriously watched all your videos, even got hubby hooked on watching your progress!!! Thank you SO much for taking the time to provide such real/candid feedback! It really helps someone such as myself, who is just starting out on this journey(not sleeved yet)! I am so happy for you!!! Again, thanks for all you do and I hope the new job is going well!

PS did I spy a Cavalier in your videos?? Best.doggy.EVER! We have a little Blenheim named Mister :) Love him!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
