It's the one thing I'm a little afraid to try. I can tolerate any food i've eaten so far. When I eat dark berries, however, the seeds give me some minor irritation, but not bad. So...I'm a little hesitant about the little hulls in the popcorn.< /p>

Also, I think I haven't bothered with it, because I'm so picky about every bite that goes in my mouth now. 800 calories isn't much to work with, so I make sure every bite is nutritionally sound. The popcorn would be too high in carbs and no Protein, etc... Just sayin'...

I "can," but don't. Its a total slider food for me- tried it once around 5 months out and realized I could eat it forever without feeling full.

I don't have a problem with popcorn at all. I have been able to eat anything I have tried. It's all about making healthy choices and moderation. :)

I think tonia86 means that lettuce is very fibrousy-is that a word?-and that if your sleeve is okay on salad then it should be okay with popcorn. ;)

I eat popcorn several times a week. I get the OR reduced fat 100 calorie bags. After popping, I melt some reduced fat cheese over it and it is a great healthy snack. I can eat salads with no problems, although I mostly stick to raw veggies or stir frys to get my produce in. I found the ONE food that I can not tolerate today. Stuffed jalepenos made with pickled peppers. I can eat all foods spicy no problem and have eaten many stuffed jalepenos, but for whatever reason grilled stuffed pickled peppers and I don't get along.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
