I'm in too. I'm exactly 169 today. By Labor Day I would like to be 154. Hopefully this will be my next to last challenge. My next challenge is for October 27th. That is the day my husband and I will sort of renew our vows and get the sacrament of marriage in the church. I would like to be 134 at that time, but who knows? I will be 30 pounds lighter than when we first got married.

Is it possible to have a size 14 dress taken in to a size 6 or 8?

I'm 3 weeks out from surgery. Gallbladder and hernia repairs too, 4 surgeries in all. Hernia repairs were open surgery thru my caesarean scars. I'm not 'exercising' yet. (I LOVE exercise, so a bit disgruntled!)

I want in! BUT I'm not setting a weight goal. My sleeve is new. I want to set a co sustency goal:

1- use mfp every day

2- drink 2L Water every day

3- keep Protein above 60 g per day

I'm excited to see where consistently doing what I know works will get me over the next 46 days!

HW 118 kilos-- 260 lbs

SW 98 kilos-- 216 lbs

CW 92 kilos-- 202 lbs

I only weigh on Wednesday! (in australia-- aka Tuesday evening for u guys)

sw 163

cw161

gw135

went to gym 8 times last week got sick did not go on weekend and still sick so have not been since.

I'm going to try to go to the gym today :)

I am not loosing too much still feel like I'm in a stall, any suggestions, I think I'm going to try a Faterday, I am sticking to 800 cal per day sometimes a little over or less, someone suggested my body may find itself in starvation mode so a Faterday would help???

I'd love to hear any suggestions

My Water intake M-F is about 64-96oz on weekends I must admit I slack off but still get in at least 48oz. Also I get in atleast 50-60g Protein daily as recommended by my surgeon.

I'd love to hear any suggestions

Wow! If you can lose 28 pounds in 8 weeks then you are already workin' it! I can lose 3.5 pounds in a week, but probably not sustain it through 8 weeks. How far out are you?

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
