Tennessee, Anyone?

Recommended Posts

Oak Ridge or Maryville TN Schools are said to be great. Drugs are everywhere. You can't hide from drugs you just have to be vigilant and talk to your children.

I couldn't agree more! Being proactive is the only way because drugs are everywhere! They ate worse now than ever before! My cousin overdosed last night! She is such a beautiful amazing young 22 up lady but she has a serious problem and most people wouldn't know by looking at her.

Good luck with your search!

Johnathan

Thanks guys! We have the drugs here too but not a huge problem. We visit Nashville often and like the area just not sure about the living conditions.

Chatt, Knox, and Nashville are really nice areas. I moved from Chicago to Memphis, so pretty much anywhere is a far cry better. There are very nice areas in Memphis as well.

How would you compare the weather? I hate the winters in IL but also dislike the humidity in IL. But love our fall here.

The weather in Memphis is nicer year round than Chicago. Humidity in summer after rain sucks.....one thing that freaked me out when I first moved here, it rained in the summer and steam was coming off the ground. I don't think I can stomach Chicago winters anymore. Winter in Memphis is cool as long as we don't get an ice storm, for some reason everything freezes instead of slushing like up north.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
