Unjury chicken Soup was a mainstay for me getting to goal. I used 16 ounces of Water to make it a bit less salty, and to add to my liquid count! I also made chicken stock from chicken , celery, and carrot, and froze the strained liquid into ice cubes and added one to each Unjury broth I made to add more robust flavor. I will continue to use Unjury chicken broth when I am low on Protein for a day.

I must be the only one that cannot stomach Unjury. It is the worst one I've tried with a very strong Protein taste. I much prefer Chike or Syntrax Nectar. Definitely get the sample pack of the Unjury before you invest too heavily.

I'm 4 days post op today and am having some Unjury chicken added to my cream of chicken Soup. 1/2 pkt has 11 g Protein so it boosts it up quite a bit. I think it tastes pretty good. I agree with the others that the sweet protein supplements get old... I start to crave something savory. I have samples of the unflavored too but haven't tried it yet.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
