In Need Of Advice To Get Through A Stall!

I was sleeved on 4/4 and at first the weight was comming off but Ive hit a stall and I cant seem to get the scale moving again. I am losing inches but I want the scale to move. What can I do to get the scale moving again?

Numbers are nice, but the inches are more important to me! I love my skinniness!

Sometimes it's about the inches, not the scale. It's ok, take in stride, you'll be going down a size. The scale will follow soon

just keep up the exercise and the high protein. The stall will last as long as it takes for your body to adjust to this culture shock ;) you will get there!

Sometimes you can kick yourself out of a stall by shaking things up a little, like lower your carbs drastically for a few days and increase your cardio exercises or something like that. Everyone has a different thing that works for them, so just change up a couple things that you know will normally work for you and see what happens.
