  1. I had a vertical sleeve gastrectomy on April 4, 2012. Im 5'4" and weighed in at 270 pounds. I currently weigh approximately 170 pounds, but I would really like to get down to 140 pounds. It seems that no matter what I do I just cant seem to get the rest of the weight off!
  2. I had my surgery on 4/4/12. I weighed 270lbs and now weigh 183lbs. I've list 87lbs and would like to lose 43lbs more.
  3. I had surgery in April of this year weighing 270lbs. I am now at 190lbs. and have been stuck here for approximately two months. I really need some advice on how to get over this massive stall!!!!!!!!!!

  8. OK so I loved my fitbit until it just quit working. I tried all of their suggestions and I am currently waiting to see if they will be sending me a new one. I hope this is not a common occurrence! I will let you know how it turns out.
  9. My hair is falling out like crazy and I take Biotin every day. Mine started falling out around my third month postop.
  10. I've been a hairdresser for 11 years and have had many clients that have had success with a system called Nioxin for hair loss. It is a professional product so you must get it from a salon. If you get it from a Smart Style and keep your reciept you can return it if you don't like it.
  11. Well they have figured out what has been making me throw up. When I had my surgery done my stomach spiraled after they put in the staples. I know this because they did an EGD the day after surgery. So I was admitted into the hospital on thursday and had an EGD on friday. Come to find out I had developed a stricture in the spiral so my doctor used a balloon and stretched it out. Hopefully this solves my problem. Ive lost 70lbs so far and I am so happy about that!

  13. Had my surgery on 4/4/12 and I only threw up like one time after I came home from my surgery. Over the last month I've been throwing up on almost a daily basis. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
  14. I love my fitbit! I have forgotten it at home a coue of times and it really bums me out because it looks like I didn't move all day. It had really pushed me to get moving!
  15. I have a lipoma on my back by my right shoulder blade that has been causing me quite a bit of pain so I am having it removed this thursday. Has any one else exrepienced this?
