Low Fat Baby Bell Cheese

Recommended Posts

I adore them!! I eat one nearly every morning before taking my vitamins! :) I don't know where you buy them, but Sams has them in a 22 pack for around $9, versus the 6 pack for $4 at Walmart. This reminds me that I need to go get some cheese! :)

I love those little babies! I'm just about to start mushies.....but I can't wait until I'm able to have Babybels! We buy the 22 pack at costco and it's certainly much cheaper that way. My husband loves them too, so he's eating my share until I'm back in action again (LOL).

There's just something about pulling the wax off of them that makes me feel like a kid again.....and that satisfying feeling of sinking your teeth into the little round ball..........hmm.

Can you tell I miss solid food? :)

DITTO!

And FYI, I think the "light" is waaaaay better than the regular, plus you save on fat and cals! Woot!

I like them too, but got a little burned out in the first couple months. I have switched back to full-fat cheese, I use it so much in omelets, etc. I really like the way the full fat melts better than the low-fat. I limit myself to a half-ounce in omelets and a full ounce when I slice it for a snack, so the extra fat/cals isn't hurting my daily targets.

I like both the Baby Bell and the Laughing cow wedges.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
