I'm 5 weeks out and living on seafood. Shrimp every single day. I also eat crab legs, imitation crab meat, all kinds of fish, and today I had a crab cake. It all goes down and stays down super easy.
I sauteed myself about 5 small shrimp with a little teriyaki sauce cut down with water.. and it was soooo worth it! went down well no pain or discomfort and without the uncomfortable stuffed FULL feeling i get from other things!
