I scheduled my surgery with Dr. Kelly for the 9th.

I'm trying to arrange my pickup and other details with Ana. I haven't heard from her in 2 days. Anyone else have this trouble? At this point, I don't even know where they are going to pick me up...so frustrated!

Ana has always been so fast to answer my e-mails & then haven't heard anything for about 4 or 5 days.

I am waiting to hear back if I have been approved for a surgery date. I was hoping for May 10th, but waiting to hear confirmation of that.

If I don't hear anything by next monday then I will try calling them.

Ive had the same problem and I'm not happy. I sent emails to both he and Ana earlier this week and have heard nothing.

Dr. Kelly's email was hacked i received this email in response:

I am so sorry but we have not had a chance to view all emails since Dr Kelly had his email hacked. Give us till tomarrow and we will responde to all email. Thanks Omar

You may just want to call dr.kelly's phone. It can be frustrating for everyone when this happens.. best thing to do is call him directly.

I just spoke to his new assistante Omar. At (619)395-5347 It lookes like Dr Kelly had his email hijacked and they are having trouble getting it back. He said they will be contacting all patients with a new email address. Just be patient girls you are making the currect choice in sergeons. He is the best. Good luck

Im getting sleeved by dr kelly in about a hour everything has been great so far maybe u should try calling her as i was told his email had been hacked also

I just got an e-mail from Ana (like 2 minutes ago!) saying Omar will be answering the phone & checking e-mails. Then she said so sorry about he delay & patience!

So hopefully they are geting to the e-mails soon & just slowly.

Dr kelly told me hired another assistant and he speaks good english. But ana is still her bbecause she has stopped by to see me

I am glad you all got some emails back, I have not. I really have tried giving Dr. Kelly the benefit of the doubt but I hate not hearing back from them. Good luck with your surgeries!

I did get an email back from Ana saying that Omar is now taking over.

Does anyone know why? Does Omar speak English better than Ana?

it's been a few days to get back to me as well. I got an email from ana saying that they had been hijacked, and that Omar is now handling the coordination part. She told me a while back, that she was the nutrtionist, and was filling in while dr kelly was transitioning from the coordinators. but I just literaly sent an email and got a response rifht back, like I had become accustomed
