Try not to ger stressed, my surgery was scheduled 3 different times! All that time does help you take a good look at your behaviors and how you got to this point. So try not to get discouraged. Good luck, if I can do it anyone can!

I'm having my surgery on the 11th of April so I start my diet today , dr told me yesterday I needed to lose at least 10 lbs before my surgery so I'm feeling the pressure hope I can lose the amount before surgery would hate to reschedule ugh!! I'm really anxious and can't afford to have any complications being that I am self pay so I'm praying everything goes well !!

Thanks everyone! I never thought I would post pictures let alone such ugly before pictures, lol. But I think everyone here understands it's the small triumphs that keep us going from day to day. Can't wait for the next one!
