Crunch Orgy

Recommended Posts

Yesterday was my first day of "real" food, and I was craving CRUNCH! Pre-sleeve, it would have been chips, chips, and Cheez-its. I did not want to go that route. I went to my local GNC and bought crunchy Protein Bars (Atkins and Myoplex Lite). Up .7 of a pound this morning, but it was all worth it. I tamed the Crunch Monster yesterday, and count it as a victory. :Banane55:

I too crave salty crunch, i.e. potato chips! I bought a bag of Pop chips oringinal flavor. They are popped, not baked or fried. They taste just like potato chips. There are 23 chips in one serving ( of course we wouldn't do that) but all you need to eat is just one and it satisfies the craving!

I bought a bag of Lundberg Rice chips yesterday cuz I am trying to find something crunchy. They are made from rice flour and whole wheat flour. They had original and also chees flavored, and I bought the Santa Fe BBQ! they are sooo good and crunchy! What a great texture. You must try them. 9 chips in a serving, but I only ate 2. They are also gluten free. Foundf them at my grocery store.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
