Crunch Orgy

Yesterday was my first day of "real" food, and I was craving CRUNCH! Pre-sleeve, it would have been chips, chips, and Cheez-its. I did not want to go that route. I went to my local GNC and bought crunchy protein bars (Atkins and Myoplex Lite). Up .7 of a pound this morning, but it was all worth it. I tamed the Crunch Monster yesterday, and count it as a victory. :Banane55:

I too crave salty crunch, i.e. potato chips! I bought a bag of Pop Chips oringinal flavor. They are popped, not baked or fried. They taste just like potato chips. There are 23 chips in one serving ( of course we wouldn't do that) but all you need to eat is just one and it satisfies the craving!

My crunch was satisfied by whole wheat club crackers! Yummy...

Cheese crisps and soy nuts generally take care of my crunch desires. Good protein too.

I bought a bag of Lundberg Rice Chips yesterday cuz I am trying to find something crunchy. They are made from rice flour and whole wheat flour. They had original and also chees flavored, and I bought the Santa Fe BBQ! they are sooo good and crunchy! What a great texture. You must try them. 9 chips in a serving, but I only ate 2. They are also gluten free. Foundf them at my grocery store.

Edamame... Kind of weird I know but I have acutally found them tasty and high in protein! I buy the roasted ones.
