Yay! Approved & 02-14-2012 Surgery Date Scheduled!

WoooooHoooooo! My paper work was submitted and I got my approval in less than 48 hours! (Plus the months and months of pre-op stuff, of corse!) I am so excited :) My surgeon will be my 'Valentine' this year ;)
