Went into my Zumba class this morning. I had been gone for a week due to minor toe surgery. One gal who is always there told me I looked fantastic and how did my stomach get so flat! I was thrilled!!! Now granted, my stomach is not flat. After 11 babies, it will never be flat without surgery. But when I started Zumba earlier this year, I looked like I was 6 months pregnant. I was so flattered that this woman would comment to me about my tummy!! I told her it was Zumba. That is pretty much the only exercise I do. 3-5 times a week. I love it!

Living the dream!!!,

Hold up can we just take a moment. I am stuck on the 11 babies part. WOW!!! I have 2 and I praise anyone with more than that. All the schedules and homework and just making sure they are okay. WOW!!! my hats off to you.

I do want to try Zumba. I watch the info-mercial all the time. I seriously sit and watch info-mercials as if they were real shows on tv. LOL my hubs says I am weird but funny thing is he now sits and watches them with me, LOL so the jokes on him. You have inspired me. Not for the 11 babies, LOL but to try Zumba.

I love my zumba class. I have been taking for exactly one month. I noticed how much smaller my waist has become. It does transform your body!!!!! I can so relate to this.. :)

What a blessing to have had 11 babies, congrats on that alone! I have 5 and they are a treasure.

I havn't tried Zumba yet but I think I am going to test out the weekly class at our library to see if I like it. It looks fun!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
