I hope all had a great weekend. I had a wonderful weekend, just way to many activities.

Anyway, I'm down 2 pounds since last week so I am thrilled.:clap2: :clap2:

Now if I can maintain that and not keep going up & down,

I will be happy.

Ok, this exercise stuff is really tripping me out. On July 18 I was at 247.5 then the next week I went up to 249 and the next week up to 251. I get on the scale this morning (8/7) and I am at 243. I'm not mad just still perplexed how this all works.

Thank you Boo Boo Kitty but I already rewarded myself last weekend. LOL I am re learning how to shop. LOL I bought 4 pieces woohooo. Now I need underware....real bad......I need to find some Water pillows to fill my bras also. LOL....not funny for real.

Hey T, I actually have 5 more to go and it's really slow but I am OK with that. I will be rerewarding myself by going clothes shopping, including bras, panties, night gowns, coat, suites, dresses, pants and blouses. I need the whole nine yards!!

Everything is way to big and I can no longer get away it. Shopping trip planned for the outlets next weekend, I can't wait!!

I'm down another 1.8 this week. It was a shock as it's always been 4 or more the last month since my surgery. I am only 2.2 lbs away from never having to say the word "three hundred" again and it seems like it's taking forever (even though it's really not)!! I have to keep telling myself it didn't come on in a month, it's not going to come off that fast either. I get my first fill next week and then I hope to see the lbs melt off!

Congrats T on your milestone!!! WTG!

I can see the 200s from here, too Ericsmom, but it seems to be taking forever--although rationally, I know it is not. I want to be down 100 lbs. by the end of the year and I just might make it!
