Hang in there - we all counted the days in the beginning. Keep up with your doctors orders, stay hydrated, and walk away from the scale for a few days. Your body needs time to catch up with what you've done.

You can do it!!!

I have been playing with the same pound for the past 10 days. I am doing what I am supposed to do so it will eventually have to come off. At least that is what I am telling myself.

OMG i am in the same boat as all of you i have been at a stand still for a week, and i am 3 weeks out myself, but its ok because i have read on here 100 times we are at the 3 week stall, and as far as eatting , i know i need to slow down, if i take 1 more bite it comes right back up, i threw up maybe 5 days in a row, not for eatting to much , i was eatting to fast, i need to SLOW down............................

I am 25days out and only down 3.5lbs. It was 6lbs at one point and now it seems to be creeping on. I only just started mushies a few days ago. I seem to be retaining Water as of yesterday and today?

I am pretty frustrated. I am going back to an all liquid day in hopes to lose some of this Water.

On a side note, I was so surprised to see how much sodium is in the boxed Premier shakes from costco. I am looking forward to when i can eat chicken and fish. I really do hate the shakes.

I am hoping and praying for all on here that are frustrated. Right now it seems hopes and prayers are all I have these days.

Take care all!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
