When you are in a restaurant with friends, family or coworkers as everyone orders full course meals. You get a stare and gaze (very strange look and a silent pause) from your party including the waitress or waiter for ordering a small cup of Soup or a kids meal.

When friends and family, who haven't seen you in a while, greet you with gaping mouths ( I've never gotten used to this)
