You can gain wieght back if you don't eat right. If I ate high calorie high sugar milk shakes all day I would not lose weight. Same with Cakes and cookies. Eat protien first than veggies than healthy fruits. You will loss fast and keep it off.

Where are you planning on having your surgery done? I went alone to mexico. I met a llot of wonderful people. I never felt alone.

Forgot to mention that now I don't get heartburn like bbefore either. Not sure why but I love sleeping all night with out it wakinig me up.

With any life changing event you have retrain yourself. I think people get nauseea is because they think they can eat like before surgery. You have to llearn the sign of being full. You will throw up if you eat to much. Certain food still make me sick. Especailly fried or greasy foods. The old saying slip slip chew chew and walk walk reaally works. Hope this helps.

You will be amazed how much better you will feel. I had my surgery in Sept. and I have lost over 60 pounds and doing things I have never done before. Just got back from a cruise. I swam with the stingrays in a bathing suit. I walked the Mayan ruins. There was a lot of hills and walking and I did it without havving to sit down every other second to catch my breathe. And that is just the beginning. I signed up for my first 5K which is in April. It is the best thing I ever did for myself.

I was sleeved September 20th and feeling great. I am having problems with the sweetness of the protein shakes but I forced myself to drink them.With pre-op and post -op I have lost 22 lbs. I am doing great. I find it hard to stay in the house I been shopping everyday and walking the park when its not raining.In two week I will start going to the gym. Next week I will start mushies and I can't wait. My stitches are bothering me and I can not take them myself so I have an appointment with my doctor to removed them. Glad to hear everyone is doing good.

I was there Sept. 20th through Sept. 23rd and the whole time I was there I never felt unsafe. I even knew about the robberies and I still went. I feel the forum favors certain doctors over others. I am sure if we dug alittle we would find some bad event that happened to patients at other doctors in Mexico. I think I find it funny if someone post about Dr. Aceves or Dr.Kelly, they get many responses. If someone post something positive about their experience with Dr. Almanza, you either get no responses or some counter posts something negative about him. Just who pays for this site?

Hello, I am doing great. I find it hard to find liquids that taste good to me. I have lost a few pounds and I have been taking long walks everyday. What is cipro? I can't wait till next week when I can try mushies.

I stayed at the Days Inn/ sea world. I think it was under $65 a night. I didn't get free shuttle service to the hotel from the airport but they do offer free shuttle to the airport in the morning but make sure you pre- arrange it with the shuttle driver.

I think I will give this a try. I was sleeved Sept 20 th, I would like to loss 20 lbs by Halloween. SN-------------SW-------CW--------GOAL-------Pounds to goal Lorip............. 258............... 240.............. 220 ........... 20 lbs. I hope this is possible. I haven't lost any weight since I got home. I hope once I move to mushes it will kick start.

I feel shes wrapped up in the attention she gets from the men on her website. As long as the men are admiring her, she will never change. Usually heavyset women don't get attention from men. I feel she has an addiction to the the attention she gets from men. I look at her face and see a beautiful young lady hiding inside. Hopefully she will see the light before its to late.

I thought this day would never get here. I leave this morning for San Diego and I will be sleeved tomorrow. I am not nervous at all except the flight back. I hope I don't become to weak to handle the airports and the flights. Does any know if your allowed to take protein tubes on the plane? I really don't know what to drink other than water but I still want to get my protein in today?
