Hi everyone:
I am 3 wks post op tomorrow and have lost 13 lbs. Not a lot compared to others but at least I'm moving in the right direction. My problem is exercise. I read on here how others are exercising an hour a day or so. That's wonderful but how do I get motivated to do it? I have a treadmill so don't have to deal with the hot, 100 degree weather of Texas but after a days work on my feet thats the last thing I want to do. If you have any suggestions I'd love to hear it. I want to make the most out of this time but can't seem to get the energy up to do it. Thanks for your help. :-)
