That is awesome. I am ready to start some exercise, I am tired of just walking. I just bought a couple of bikes for me and my wife but I have to wait for the 6th week to ride. How do your incisions and stomach feel after raquetball?

Absolutely fine. I haven't had any trouble with pain my incisions are pretty much healed. I don't notice them at all or any soreness in the muscle even after a long work day. I have been healing great. I just really wish I could get more Protein in and fluids. Feels like I deal with and think about eating more now than before. Constantly tryin to get fluids in and protein. I was kinda worn on it yestarday and just decided I was not going to worry about it. So I didn't drink much or eat much at all. It was really nice to just have a mental break. Then last night I was really thirty so I got in about 40 oz liquid in like 3 hrs Today I am back at tracking and making it work. But I can see some day I will just need a mental break

That's awesome! I suggested raquetball to my BF the other day and he wasn't having it lol :) I would love to play. They also have a rock climbing wall at my gym so I'm thinking about doing that too lol.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
