Southern Sleever-

You look FABULOUS! Way to go! Really, your face tells the whole story when comparing the pics. WOW. Coincidentially, I was in Austin, TX last week staying in a hotel overlooking Lady Bird Lake were LOTS of people row. Watching them, I thought that rowing looked like the most fun, awesome excercise ever. I think that I will be looking into that as my weight drops and confidence rises. Let me know how you're liking it.

Yay you!!! :)

Thanks everyone :)

Amanda- I love rowing! Monday is my last class in the "learning to row" and I move on to "novice". It is a good work out. There is another girl bigger than me there and a couple bigger guys in another class. Anytime you feel ready there really isnt any reason not to start!

Fantastic----are you rowing in Oak Ridge? Looks familiar!

Hi everyone! I'm a little over 6 months out and down 75lbs so I thought I'd post some pictures :) I'm really happy with my VSG. My weight loss has been creeping along the last few months so I have been doing low carb and it's going great. I feel much better on it! Just last week I started rowing! I have NEVER EVER done a sport. I even wear spandex <choke>. I went to Dollywood two weeks ago and rode the rides. Sex is great, life is great, I look great (in my opinion)! I'm loving my VSG!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
