Thanks! I worked out (treadmill or zumba, strength training/toning) 3xs week I was so afraid of having loose skin and was told it helps to exercise (and it did). I did not cheat- faithfully followed the program.

only over 3 months out and havent really felt need to cheat yet. Yes I wish I could go to mexican joint and chow down on chips and salsa, but the scale is being my friend right now. So not worth it right now.
