Someone help I'm 3 weeks out today and scale is not moving I don't get it I am following my diet feeling discouraged

Yepii had couple bm. Last few days!! And I had sugar free jello pudding seemed satisfy me. And I put protein powder in my water help get more protein in. Cannot wait eat egg,I do find it hard when I swollow like I can feel it going in to my pouch!
