  16. I just screenshot this post so I can immediately go to it, I'm definitely going to dry that drink. So how are you feeling agreed 3 months and how much weight have you lost? Sent from my SM-N910T using the BariatricPal App
  17. That's great advice. I had to remind myself just today that I'm only 3 weeks in and every body is different. I am taking it day by day, but honestly I can't wait until at least 3 months has past Sent from my SM-N910T using the BariatricPal App
  18. @@emardee that's exactly how I feel now. I had my surgery September 26th and it's been more of a mental struggle. I'm exhausted and most days don't feel like doing anything. I do get hungry but after a spoonful or 2 I'm done. It's only been 3 weeks but I'm not noticing much weight loss,I'm sure that's coming in more time. How are you doing now? 21. Hi everyone, im roughly 3 weeks post-op so far so good; however, my mouth stays extremely dry, lips chapped, I keep Vaseline on my lips and I find myself eating ice alllllllll day. Has anyone else experienced this, hoping this is not a sign of dehydration. Any suggestions??? Sent from my SM-N910T using the BariatricPal App

  24. Thanks, I'll try that. Any relief will do Sent from my SM-N910T using the BariatricPal App I did that too, and I found that if I "spooned" a big body pillow with it tucked underneath my tummy and my legs wrapped around it, this really helped with the discomfort... I'm definitely not a back-sleeper either!I just looked at one of those at wally world, im gonna get it and try it. Sent from my SM-N910T using the BariatricPal App

  26. I had my gastric bypass surgery on Monday, September 26th. I was discharged the next evening on Tuesday. So far everything is going really good, haven't had any major problems, I'm holding down the little soft foods that I'm eating. Not really doing much exercise other than walking, until I see my surgeon on the 20th. My biggest complaint is sleeping. I'm having very minimal pain at one of the incisions which causes me to have to sleep on my back and I don't sleep on my back. I can't even lie on either side without it hurting. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so how long will it be before I can turn from side to side, is this something I need to be overly concerned about?
