Dry mouth

Hi everyone, im roughly 3 weeks post-op so far so good; however, my mouth stays extremely dry, lips chapped, I keep Vaseline on my lips and I find myself eating ice alllllllll day. Has anyone else experienced this, hoping this is not a sign of dehydration. Any suggestions???
