  2. I am currently 7 months out. I know its a bit early still to worry but i have some questions. I am currently 149 but would love to reach my goal of 135. I am at what seems to be a stall. Has anyone gone through this and still reached their goal weight? Some times i catch myself thinking, oh no the surgery is over (cant help it, and sure im not the only one) thoughts anyone? Ty
  3. @@allyray And on the flip side, I also saw a blog from a very successful WLS person who has maintained for years say that we have to look at excersise (or being active and moving) and eating right as a job. Just like brushing our teeth every day, combing our hair, and taking a shower and washing our butts everyday, moving and choosing to eat right should just be the norm like those things. Although there are days I forget to wash my butt, I'll admit..... Lol love it
