Yea as stated above totally normal, just you have to eat 65+ grams of protein a day just get that in you will be fine, when on your mushy diet will be very welcome, try to eat slow and about a 1/2 cup.. You will do good good luck to you

Surgery was 9/10. Came home today. Feeling pretty bloated, I am retaining fluids. No nausea, vomiting, weakness or dizziness. My surgeon found a hiatal hernia and fixed it. I am grateful he saw it and hopefully I will never have trouble from it again. I never dreamed that I would have a hernia! It just makes it a little difficult to get a deep breath. I am working on the drinking, sipping. You know, it's not that easy to do. I do get air, I just have to burp it. So far, so good. will keep you'll posted.
