Well ... about me ...hmmmm.
I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I remember when I was 10 years old and on WW. With each diet i would do great and in return rebond with an extra 10-20 additional lbs. its heartbreaking but none the less "my story". Now I am 52 years young so and really tired .... its been Way too long to have struggled with this "curse", however I have sometimes won the battle and the hardest battle was keeping it off!! Losing is the easy part, its the maintenence is the part that I fail.
I am so happy to have found this forum, the support and encouragement I find here amoung the pages of this Forum is TOTALLY the BEST support system. Yes ... I am not alone!!
