  8. Can anyone tell me if peppermint de gas tablets are okay to have after being sleeved? I was sleeved on the 1st of October! Had lots of gas from both ends and after the leak test had the runs but that seems to have ended now. I am still feeling like an invalid but hey I am drinking more each day and feeling a little more better each day so just have to take it one step at a time!
  9. Yeah I know the feeling! I was sleeved on the 1st still feeling rough not doing a whole heap just taking time we will feel better soon!

  24. I am having my sleeve done on the 1st, I started by telling family and close friends! When I started telling friends at work (they will notice when I am not there and I decided it was easier to tell them than try make something up!) I was blown away by the support that I received! I have now told most people I know and am loving the support I am going to have during this process! I decided for me this was the best way and I am glad I did it this way, however it is everyone's own personal decision what to say!
  25. I am having mine in melbourne on the 1st! Can't wait!
  26. Yeah I know little excited 9 sleeps for me in Australia! We have a very low calorie diet for our pre op diet so not as bad as the liquid diet!
  27. I am excited about my op a little nervous but mainly excited! I am having mine done in the public system I know who the surgeon is supposed to be but can not be 100% sure! I am already on my pre op diet as was originally due to have op on the 20th of this month but now for 1st just decided to stick with it as I had gotten past the hardest part and didn't want to start again!
