Thanks guy, to be honest my goal was to have a BMI of 24, but i upped it to 25 because i just feel tiny, if i loose too much more I won't be myself anymore! Anyway, my nut told me that my body would tell me when I'm at the right weight, so I'll just continue doing what I'm doing, I'm only 3 months and a bit out, I still can't believe it, keep telling my friend to pinch me, I'm afraid I'll wake up and all this was a dream :P

Hi Chilo, what brilliant news and you've got there in next to no time you'll be at goal before you know it.

I think the best thing is that the sleeve will help us to stay there this time. My weight has gone up and down, like a fiddlers elbow, my whole life. I'm so looking forward to my surgery Dec 7th. Thank you for telling me of your experience on the pre-op diet, I start it in about 10 days can't wait LOL !!!!!

Keep up the great work

Best wishes Angela x

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
