It could just be Water weight. Without more details, like how far out you are, what you're eating, your exercise regimen, etc etc, it's kind of hard to guess why you've seen a gain. BUT, don't fret the scale will go down.

If you're working out, gaining muscle, it's probably Water weight, if you're female, it could be just good ole' water weight, if you're not getting in enough fluids it could water retention, if you're eating too much or not getting enough calories it could your body holding onto weight, if your bowels aren't moving regularly take a good poop(harsh, but true) and you'll see the scale move.

if i am reading your ticker correctly you have lost over 70lbs since 8/24/10. you are doing excellently i could only hope for such good results after i'm sleeved. i am 20lbs heavier than when you started and if i could even loose 50lbs in the time that you lost 70lbs i would be extremly greatful. don't be so hard on yourself, you are doing great. keep up the good work and congratulations.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
