How much do you loss per week

Recommended Posts

I know everyone is different, but I was wondering how much everyone averages every week of weight loss?

Some weeks none. Others 1, some 3 and I would say on average about 2. It varies every week. This week seems like it would be a bad one-I have eaten some "not so great things" but yep, still down 3 lbs!

During my losing phase, my average per week was 5-7lbs. Then it kind of slowed to 3-5lbs per week for the next 4 months.

That's just averages. Some weeks I'd lose 1-2lbs then the next week I'd drop 7-9lbs. It varied for the first 4 months dramatically.

My sleeve was 3/3/2010 - thus far I have averaged 4lbs. First week was 10 which was the biggest weekly weight loss (of course) and after it has been up and down.

I know it's hard, but I've decided to not care too much about numbers. I'm just thankful that the scale is now moving in only one direction.....DOWN !!!!

Sleeved 4/7/2010

Total Lost so far: 32 lbs

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
