Broke into the two-fers

Recommended Posts

Just a nice success lead. Broke into the two-fers. Lost over 85 pounds now. Exercising more and eating is getting much better. Down into XL clothes and size 42-44 pants (from a 48-50). No more BP meds, and sleeping soundly with no more apnea. I am thrilled. My best to all on your journey.

That is so flippin' awesome Bob. A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to you -- I bet you feel like you're walking on a cloud. Keep up the good work - I bet you look awesome. Have you posted new pics? I know Bearded does - he's down from 48 to 40 and in XL and damn he looks good!

WOW BOB!!! That is awesome, from August 3rd to now you have lost 87 pounds. That is pretty close to a pound a day. Keep up the good work, I can't wait until 12/29/09 when I can finally get underway full steam ahead. I just hope that my results mimic yours.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
