So many emotions

Recommended Posts

So sorry to hear your husband isn't supportive!! Is he overweight too? Maybe he is afraid you won't be the same after losing weight! He needs to conquer his own issues it seems! Hope you have other family and friends to support you!! If not we are all here for you!!!! You will rock this and soon his lack of support won't bother you because you will be feeling and looking great with more confidence!! It is ABOUT YOU AND NO ONE ELSE!!!!

Thanks. He is not overweight. He has never been and is vedry active. He doesn't understand my genetics and cards were not lined out for me like that. In his defense he did wake me up last night to tell me he was sorry and he supports me but is affraid something will happen during surgery.

It's normal to be nervous about something happening to a loved one during any surgery. And it's nice that he apologized and said he will support you good luck and I hope all works out

Emotional burst out is most common in the situation you feel now something cant be hold on , and in most of the cases the emotional things comes for good and many a times for bad , as you never thought of reveling some thing but in that emotional situation that will come out.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
