What's wrong friend?

Hi there, so many good people here to help......I am pre-band so I don't have advice but please know you are not alone. It's a lifestyle adjustment and a lot of stuff can come up, plus you are healing and your body is acclimating. Get your medical team on board, too, whatever is going on.....best wishes!

I was banded 7/15, so a little earlier than you. What issues are you having?

That's why this forum is so great. I'm banded 8 months now and I still have hurdles to jump but my life has improved markedly that the lapband is the best decision I ever made.

Sorry to hear you are have struggles. Hope all is ok!

we have heard you!!! Whats going on?

Can you be more specific? I'm sure whatever it is someone reading this has been there.

be encouraged and know that we all have struggles even if its food choices or portion control we have all been there and those that haven't been there will have to sooner or later have to go there, hold your head up, don't give up, if you fall get up and shake yourself off and start over, we all have a few bad days, be encourage friend<3

I was banded the day before you! I'm sure there are many who would love to help you. But have you checked with your surgeon to see if there is a support group in your area? I live in the suburbs of Portland, OR and there is a lap band support group that meets once a month. There are also other groups that include other WLS and people looking into having the surgery. Feel free to message me if you like I'd be happy to cheer you on! I lost 176 pre band and 24 since so I'm down by 200 pounds so I know all to well the ups and downs of weight loss. Wishing you all the best and many blessings to you.
