When you lost a lot of weight or when you reched your goal weight did you breasts get smaller? I know that everyone is different. To be perfectly honest I dont think I am vain I have just always had large breasts since i was like 9 so I dont know what it would be like to be small chested.

Whenever I lose weight, my breast go first. I have extremely large breast and within the past two months I've lost a full cup. I've been losing weight preparing for surgery (July 11)

Well, if you have always had large breasts, and have not always been fat, you probably won't lose all your breast, just the excess fatty part. I went form 255 to 140. I was 44dd, and went to 34c. But I was not always huge in the breasts, and believe me, I like the smaller better! Karen

Karen - I'm with ya! I've never been large breasted, but they became way larger with this last round of weight gain.....to a D cup. And I don't like it! They're starting to deflate, and I'm thrilled!

My breasts shrank and have totally deflated!!! Not that they were too perky before but now I need a lot of support not so much because of size but because of sag. lol

Before I gained all this weight I was a 34DDD. Now i am a 42H. Would looooove to get back to a more manageable size (tho I'm with you in having had big boobs since I was young and I hope not to lose them entirely). My plan is get myself healthy, hopefully improve my fertility and be a healthy mom, and the once I'm past breast feeding - get a surgery for a nice perky set of Ds. We shall see what plays out... :)

Mine have shrank a lot. I've gone from a 46G to a 36DD. Granted a DD is still a large cup but it's a heck of a lot better than a G!

70 lbs. down and I went from a 46 D (and should have really been a DD) to a 42C. Problem is....the breasts didn't just get smaller, they deflated just as another poster described. At some point, I'll have to have surgery because they just hang so badly and even a good support bra goes just so far. I have to keep pulling them back in place when I wear a bathing suit.

It will also depend on how old you are. Remember they are jut skin and fat. I went from a 44F to a 36DD, but the DD is jut to fold the p in to! Can't wait for a lift! The swimsuit is difficult! Otherwise, hidden behind clothing for now!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞

I may have to have gall bladder surgery during my weight loss surgery. Not thrilled about it either but do not want 2 recovery times. Just want it over with.

Thanks for your post. I may need to rethink my decision... :(
