yes...another fabulous question

How come sometimes things get stuck and the next day the exact same thing doesn't? One day it goes down smooth and the next day you have to heave it up lol.

it's our bands' way of telling us not to get to comfortable... who knows it is a good question though.

The band doesn't change, but our bodies do on a day to day basis. Since my last fill, I'm noticing the same thing; one day I'm fine, the next I'm burping & mildly nauseous for no apparent reason. Our bodies also swell from day to day, which makes the band tighter. Some people can't eat in the morning for this very reason.

Stress will do it for me! For example, a couple of hours ago I tried to eat my atlantic salmon and tossed salad for lunch but immediately after my break, I had a meeting which was causing me some concern. Couldn't eat. But now, after the meeting, sorted a few issues out and no problems, my belated lunch is tasting just great and going down well.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
