Greek Yogurt = high protein

I've tried Greek yogurt in the past and never liked it. I always thought it was too thick so I wasn't a fan. Recently I've tried plain Greek yogurt in place of sour cream...on baked potatoes, meatless chili, etc. It is really good and has 17 grams of protein. Don't get me wrong it doesn't taste as good as sour cream but it's an excellent substitute.

Add a tablespoon of peanut butter to 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt and you have the center of a reese cup. It's pretty yummy!

Better still, use the PB2 peanut butter powder in the Greek yogurt. Can you say YUM???

PB2 is powdered peanut butter with all of the fat removed. It is absolutely delicious added to a protein shake too!

I have some PB2 in my pantry that I have never opened. I need to add it to my chocolate Protein Shake this week. Thanks for the idea!

I use alot of greek yogurt. I make a shake every morning. 1/2 C greek yogurt, hand full of spinach, 1 C almond milk, 1/2 banana a few berries. Blend it all up. It is really good.

I eat Greek yougurt for breakfast with 1/2 cup of fiber one almost everyday. I love the idea of the PB2, never heard of it but want to try it. Where do you get it?

My favorite with greek yogart, is and taste sinful..sugar-free cheesecake pudding (jello brand dry about 2 teaspoons) vanilla greek yogart with a few fresh strawberries, or dip in with fat free animal crackers...its been so long since I have been on this site, I thought I would jump right in..mix a box of the pudding with whole container and snack a few days with it great for a party too

You can order it on line, but I buy it at my weight loss center. Try Amazon. They make both a peanut butter and a chocolate peanut butter-I recommend you get both!

I put crystal light packet in my yogurt! Sooo good! 10 extra calories and no extra carbs!

AJ, you got me started on this and man oh man is it good!
