New Baby Bunny Pix! Three Weeks Old!

Recommended Posts

Just one pix--this is my son (of course!) and our biggest baby bunny, who we named Margaret, even tho I don't know if it's a girl or a boy. Oh well.

The bunnies are adorable--I am totally smitten with them--I think we will keep Margaret--the others are already spoken for! (for pets, not to eat!)

Here they are!

I don't know who is cuter? Well, as a mother, I would vote for your son first. BTW, I told my mom about your bunnies and she told my brother (they are in OH) that he should get my neice a bunny for Easter b/c we used to do that when we were younger. My parents had experience with rabbits so they were always well taken care of....not a holiday gift that got pushed aside (I'm a little sensitive about animals as gifts). Anyway, she now has 2 Creme D'Argent bunnies that she is going to show in 4-H. In a way, you are indirectly responsible for the wonderful things my little neice has to look forward to. I'm a new aunt to Jack & Angel!! :biggrin1: Thanks for the inspiration!! :clap2:

Oh! That's great! I know we have had so much fun with these babies---I googles your neice's bunnies--they are beautiful! I think we just have regular, run of the mill bunnies here--but they are super fun and my son is learning so much about them and how to take care of them--good experience all around!

and sooo darn cute!

How cute are those pictures! You should send them in to a magazine or a pet product company. I'll bet you could win a prize or maybe get free bunny food for life!

Take care of your babies and keep posting pictures!

I heard you could litter box train a bunny. Is this true... how do you get started?

I read that, too and talked with someone who had an inside bunny. He said the bunny did go pee in the box, but still sometimes would leave little dingleberries all over the house. Ick. So, I don't know if you can train them 100% or not.

I took the babies to my son's school and the kids were just ALL OVER them! Three are spoken for so far for sure---I am sure the kids who want them have moms who are ready to kill me!

I just love the pictures of your bunnies and your adorable son. I have 2 pet rabbits that add alot of joy and laughter to our lives. My male rabbit is named Harvey and is 5 1/2 years old. Harvey is a dwarf mix and weighs 5lb. He has been neutered since 4 months of age and is incredibly gentle and sweet. My female joined our family this past December and is now 7 months old. Her name is Myrtle Mae and she is also a dwarf mix. Myrtle Mae has been spayed for 3 months now and is quite a character. Both of my bunnies are named after characters from my favorite movie: "Harvey" starring James Stewert. It's an oldie but a goodie, in fact, it's absolutely hilarious. Rabbits certainly are high maintainence pets, but so darn cute and sweet. I also have 4 cats and 2 parakeets. Yes, my home is a zoo! It keeps me busy and happy. Less time to overeat, that's for sure. Thanks for sharing! See Ya!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
