When you are in the green zone, do you feel ever feel full on your meal? Assuming you eat around 1 cup of food, does this give you a full feeling, a satisfied feeling or just nothing? Do you just eat the amount you are suppose to no matter how you are feeling? What if you eat too much, how are you feeling then? Do you get stuck when you eat too much or just feel bad? Thanks for your input, just trying to get a sense of things!

I just feel satisfied after I eat my one cup but best part of the band for me is I don't think about food all the time. In fact I eat by the clock rather then by how I feel. If I eat to much I burp or get the hiccups or throw up which you never want to do. I have lost 63 lb in 6 ,mos so it works for me...hope it helps

Juat eat til you are satisfied. Full is a miserable feeling. I gurgle, burp, and have pressure when I am full.

Never felt full......just "Not Hungry", and cannot, do not want, to continue.....lack of interest in eating......

The band sends a signal to my brain that I am full, and I do not need to eat . Even though I am not full, nor feel full., and may not have eaten in hours.......it is just my brain getting the signal from the band....

Many people say they feel, full, some satisfied, many also say it only lasts between meals.....

For me, it is 24/7.....the band is there 24/7, sending the signal to my brain 24/7, so I am not hungry, or at least my brain feels there is no need to eat, 24/7.....

Sounds like I'm rambling, but there is no other way to explain it.....

Ever stand staring into the fridge for. What seems forever, looking at all that food but can't find anything you want to eat? Well it is something like that for me.......

I wandred around the grocery store the other day and could not decide on anything.....

I sure hope I can get to the green zone like you are. I had my first fill and then a little un-fill today. Its complicated getting to that zone you want to be in. One thing that I can tell for sure is that I crave nothing now! And I have not once eaten to the point I feel full.

it's a whole new world for me.. I used to never feel satisfied.. and full was when I was ready to explode.. now, I don't think about food 24/7 only when it's time to eat .. I am trying to only eat if I feel hungry.. hunger for me now is totally different.. I eat 3 meals and sometimes a snack . I try to stay at around 1000 calories a day.. I'm very happy and feel free from the stress of "dieting"...

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
