didnt think id be posting in a success story.....but......

I had my surgery 10 months ago and I'm down 90 pounds!!!!! I really wanna lose 100 in a year.... I'm starting an exercise program next week so that should help move things along faster too :):) cuz I have not exercised AT ALL

Wow! That's awesome. Congratulations.

I have lost 92 with out exercising as well. I recently started and it makes a huge difference ! Start out slow and try to find things you will enjoy. I started with a cardio program on my wii and now I am adding walking to it. I will never be a gym person and that is ok but I know my body needs to move!
